Within 14 days from the date of purchase or placement of the order you can exchange or return any goods purchased from our store, if such goods are in marketable state and if the document confirming the fact of purchase (the order form or sales receipt) is available.
If you return a product without any defects because they don’t fit you or you don’t like its colour or style, only the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product returned is defective.
The cost of any returned product will be transferred into customer’s current account on the basis of a respective application.
